You Don’t Need Ten Goals
A Sunday journaling guide on picking one goal and building momentum
For this week’s journaling guide, I want you to pick one goal. JUST ONE! Not your entire life plan, not ten things you feel like you “should” be doing, just one thing you actually want to move forward because it matters to you.
I get a lot done when I lock in, but I also know that when you’re building momentum or trying to level up, it can feel overwhelming really fast and that’s usually when people either freeze or try to do everything at once. So instead we’re simplifying and choosing one weekly goal and actually giving it our attention.
So ask yourself:
What is one thing I want to move forward this week that would genuinely feel good to make progress on because it means something to me?
Then instead of over complicating it, decide on 1-3 small actions you can take each day that directly support that goal, the kind of steps that are realistic enough that you’ll actually do them. One email. One paragraph. One call. Ten focused minutes. One workout. Something repeatable.
That’s it.
A well being life is about being intentional with what you choose and then showing up for it. Pick one thing. Do the small daily steps. Let the week work for you.
Save this and check back in with yourself mid week.
xx, LJ
