I’ve gotten a lot of questions since I mentioned my peptide stack in my last post... so I figured it was time to break it down properly for you.

The short version is that I started looking into peptides because I wanted to support my body through perimenopause in ways that felt proactive rather than reactive. And what I found was a whole category of compounds that most people in wellness circles aren’t talking about yet... but they will be.

I’m currently using three: Retatrutide, Mots-C, and GHK-Cu. Each one does something different and each one came from a specific reason I started looking for answers.

What I can tell you upfront is that this isn’t a weight loss story, even though one of them does target metabolism. It’s more about what happens when you stop waiting for symptoms to get bad enough to do something and start paying attention to what your body is actually asking for.

The research behind all three is interesting and the regulatory landscape around peptides is shifting faster than most people realize right now...

Before I go any further, the usual disclaimer: I am not a doctor, this is not medical advice, this is my personal protocol based on my own research. Please do your own research and talk to someone who knows your specific health history before adding anything new.
