Sunday Notes: Slow Down For A Second.
A Sunday journaling guide for taking stock of your week and keeping the good stuff going
This week was a lot. Like a lot a lot. But somewhere in the middle of all of it I signed a new client and honestly that felt really good. It was one of those moments where you stop and go wait, things are actually moving. Even when it doesn’t feel like it from the inside.
That’s kind of what I want us to sit with today. Because we’re all moving through our weeks on autopilot sometimes and we forget to actually notice what’s happening. The wins, the hard stuff, the moments worth paying attention to.
So let’s slow down for a second. Journal open, coffee in hand. How are you actually doing?
Let’s talk about your week.
What was the highlight of your week, even if it was something small?
What felt heavy or hard? What was actually going on underneath that?
Was there a moment this week where you surprised yourself?
Now let’s look at what’s coming.
What do you want more of next week?
What are you going to do differently?
What’s one thing you can do this week that future you will be really glad you did?
Progress isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s quiet and steady and happening even when you can’t see it yet. Keep going. 🧡
xx, lj
