A weekly journaling guide...
This week’s journaling prompt is a little spicy… like in a “let’s actually be real with ourselves for a sec” kind of way.
We talk a lot about alignment and living intentionally and building a well being life, but sometimes the thing keeping us stuck isn’t the situation, it’s what we’re quietly tolerating or settling for because it feels easier than making a change.
So here’s what I want you to sit with this Sunday.
Where in my life am I settling, even though deep down I know I want more?
What am I tolerating right now that’s quietly draining my energy?
If I stopped waiting and actually moved on the one thing I keep thinking about, what would change?
Now, don’t go blowing your life up or making dramatic moves. We’re just taking time to notice. A well being life isn’t only about calm routines and gratitude lists, it’s also about being brave enough to tell yourself the truth and then deciding what you want to do with it.
Save it, journal it, think about it while you’re out on a walk. Let that shit sink in.
