If you know me, you know I love a good journaling session, both hosting them and doing them. It’s one of the ways I can check in with my thoughts + feelings.
With the Year of the Snake wrapping up, I’ve been really aware of how reflective this moment feels. It’s that in-between space where things are still shedding, but you can also feel new energy starting to move in, and that feels like the perfect time to pause.
So I’m starting a little Sunday practice where I’ll share a weekly journaling guide around living a well being life, just a few questions to sit with and check in.
If you want to journal with this one, here’s what I’ve been reflecting on as we move from the Year of the Snake into the Year of the Fire Horse. Take a few deep breaths, settle in, and move through these journal prompts at your own pace:
What have I been shedding over the past year, even in small or quiet ways, and where do I already feel lighter because of it?
Where in my life have I been holding back or playing it safe, and what would it look like to move forward with a little more courage as this new year begins?
As I step into this next season, what does a well being life actually look like for me right now, not in theory, but in how I want to live and feel day to day?
No pressure to have clear answers. This is just a check-in. Awareness counts, especially right now.
