Do you take up space?

I’ve been thinking a lot about how good I got at supporting everyone else...

Truly a skill I mastered early on.

For a long time, being behind the scenes was my comfort zone.

Supporting others is still a huge part of who I am and what I do, and I genuinely love it.

What changed wasn’t that part. It was realizing I didn’t have to stay small while doing it. I could support people and still show up fully as myself.

No one hands you permission for that.

You kind of just decide one day and then do the work to back it up.

And you CHOOSE TO TAKE UP SPACE.

This season of my life feels lighter, more honest, very me.
