Hey loves! I’m LJ, the life behind Dalaga Beauty + Wellness. When I'm not stirring up fun in the beauty + wellness world, I’m living the full-on family life with my 2 dogs, three girls—ages 7, 13, and 18—and my better half. Our home? Always bustling with energy and overflowing with laughter.

And in case you’re trying to calculate my age… I’m currently 41 but identify as an early 30’s gal 😜.

I'm a classic middle child, which means I’m great at finding harmony (or so I think!). Growing up as a pastor’s kid shaped a lot of my early life (good + bad… we’ll get to all that in the future), but these days, I'm more about spirituality than religion. I'm a true Taurus sun, Scorpio moon, and Libra rising. This means I'm all about stability and comfort (thanks, Taurus!), I dive deep into emotions and seek truth (hello, Scorpio!), and I strive for harmony and balance (that's the Libra in me). And as a Generator with the profile of an Investigative Heretic in Human Design, I’m here to find and follow what really lights me up and maybe shake things up along the way.

Community, relationships, and meaningful connections are the heart of my universe. I believe in building strong, respectful relationships and maintaining clear boundaries, which are crucial for healthy interactions and personal growth.
